For SemiTrace and BESS Intelligence accounts, Metagnition Research decides how and why account, billing and usage information is used, so we act as controller, not as a processor for you. Our privacy notice explains what we collect, why, who receives it, how long we keep it and your rights. We therefore do not offer a separate data processing addendum for individual subscriptions.
